In the end, it was answered.
Ever since I picked up Mitch Albom's first book, "Tuesdays with Morries", I had been mesmerized with his ability to relate a story with such pure grace and beauty.
There were never bombastic words or phrases meant to impress.
There were just simple words.
Simple words that touches you deep in the heart.
When I say 'deep', it really meant 'deep'.
Every read of his permeates a sense of calmness and peace that can settle any heart.
It will bring you on a journey of self-discovery, reflection and learning.
"Have A Little Faith" is no exception.
Before I start, there is something I will have to first declare.
I was never a religious person.
To be frank, I never believed in religions which are, in my own words, fleeting existences.
Hence, when I first heard that Mitch Albom's latest will be touching on the topic of religion, I was in fact quite reluctant.
However, knowing what Mitch Albom is capable of, I still picked up the book.
It was truly a surprise.
It was never about religion.
It was about faith.
The ability to believe in something in times of need.
The ability to love and accommodate everyone, people who are different from you.
It was about hope.
It took Mitch Albom eight years to realise this important thing and now it is consolidated into this one book.
A journey of one, for everyone.
It is just that simple.
Just have a little faith.
